Installing with 1.29.0 #1

I've just tried installing Syncthing on my server. Notes:

The latest Syncthing version is 1.29.0.
The tag is v1.29.0, so the default URL is wrong. It was the same before, idk how it worked.
The package does not have syncthing-resume.service. I have removed copying it, but then it could not start the service. I found that there is another service file in /user/ and added copying it. Didn't work as well. Idk how to continue :)
