aarch64-unknown-linux-gnu (native) uses a not existing ar (aarch64-linux-gnu-ar) #23

In linker.xml the
target aarch64-unknown-linux-gnu
and
host aarch64-unknown-linux-gnu
suggest that is a cross compilation while is a valide native

Yeah, in Gentoo, we use aarch64-unknown-linux-gnu for arm64, while linker.xml seems to assume that only aarch64-linux-gnu is used out there.

The patch that I applied in gentoo is not good for upstream. I removed the cross compilation part for ar (we are not ready for ada cross-compilation here)
