The idea is to support clip skip and use an A1111 compatible number. This means 1 = no skip, 2 is skip 1, 3 is skip 2 and so forth
This will likely be implemented with a --clip-skip parameter which will then add the skip regardless of the input type (local, hf, ckpt, diffusers ...)
