Setup failure (worked before) #266

The integration is not working any longer on my home assistant. Error message is „Einrichtungsfehler“ so setup issue.

I guess that it stopped working after a HA update.

Current HA core: 2024.11.3
Supervisor: 2024.11.4
Operating System: 13.1

Same problem for me, I lost my climate. Here is the log error :

I resolve my issue by going to https://account.hon-smarthome.com/s/login/?language=en_GB.
The login in the app is ok, but when I log in at this address, I have to update my password.
I dit it and tried again with the new password in Home Assistant and now it's working ! !

Yes. after installing this https://github.com/gvigroux/hon everything started to work

FYI had the issue, I reset my password as indicated by @NeurHomeNc and tried to reload HON but it was not enough. However after updating HACS to the latest version (2.0.1), restarting HA then manually reloading HON it works fine now. Not sure what exactly fixed the issue, perhaps a combination of the above
