Requesting a custom scanner delay input

I've edited most of this request from its original form, that referenced problems I've since found the solution to. I apologize that I didn't seem to put in the due effort to figure out how this program works.

That said, I do seem to have issues where the game hangs when IK has a significant backlog and a custom scanner delay may help to alleviate some stress on my laptop system.
