Current Behavior

When I try to open the app, it loads briefly then gives this popup.

The debug log seems to show an issue with the Tesseract system/folder. I have reinstalled twice, the first time it resolved the issue for some time, but it's back now and still happening with my third installation.
There's a chance it's an issue on my computer's end rather than with the code, because today I've been having trouble with File Explorer (going unresponsive when I try to open any folder besides Home).

Screen recording of trying to launch two different downloads of the app (compressed and sped up video to decrease file size)
