Pathogen Error

On the latest ApriticyOS vim starts printing as error that states:

unknow function pathogen#infect

At first I thought it was an error issued by a wrong include path for vim. Digging a little bit pointed out that pathogen.vim was empty. Don't know if it's a common problem or just mine.

Note: I'm on a fresh install.
