As mentioned before in the Matrix channel, on my old phone it happened regularly that when my watch connected, it lost connection right away. The AsteroidOS Sync android app would should show either 0% or 100% battery regardless of the actual battery and show the menus as if connected, but of course no syncing would actually happen.
@beroset recently seemed to have the same issue on his laptop, and might be able to debug more.
