Issue: Error: 502 Bad Gateway when deploying

Task:

when deployed, 502 error should not be there. Instead display an appropriate message.
Fix an auto deployment time ; once in 24 hrs so we are aware.
Display this message on the website for people to set eta for recently merged PR
