Add instruction to how to use image_translator and markdown_translator

Describe the feature you'd like

Currently, we present Co-op Translator as an inclusive solution for localizing project documentation.

However, it would also be valuable to highlight the feature that allows users to translate Markdown files or images separately in the Python code.

I plan to add detailed instructions on how to use this feature
