Sometimes imported jbeam won't let me edit it, trying to change node position adding beams or anything else will not affect the code in the Text Editor panel (yet manually editing the text file in the panel does update it in the viewport) and thus won't export any changes back in-game. And i know there's a Force Jbeam Sync button, but that doesn't seem to do anything. Im not sure why this happens because it doesn't seem to be an issue with every jbeam file i import.

The other problem is most of the time triangles will end up being flipped the wrong way regardless if you select nodes in a counter clockwise fashion or not.

(i am using the newest v0.2.5 on blender v4.2.1)

Hello, do any errors appear in the System Console when importing such JBeam files? (here's how to open it https://blender.stackexchange.com/a/145891)

For the triangle issue, for now, you can use the "Flip Face(s)" UI button.

heya, sorry for the late response but i haven't been able to replicate that issue since, if i do i'll let you know.
but i've had one other minor issue where i tried importing a jbeam with just the node bracket and i couldn't edit it without it disappearing, after adding in the beam and triangle brackets it worked as it should tho.

and thx for the info i somehow didn't notice the option before
