The Feature

Coming from Future-House/paper-qa#796, we can see gemini-1.5-flash doesn't support empty tool arguments. This is not a LiteLLM issue, but I think LiteLLM can make a workaround for this.

It seems someone using Vercel encountered this too: vercel/ai#3371.

The fix in vercel/ai#3392 seems to be injecting some unknown value into the API request. Do you think it's worth adding that into LiteLLM?

Allowing gemini-1.5-flash to be used with tools that have empty parameters.
