v1.56.3-stable is missing from ghcr

What happened?

As far as I can tell this release is missing from github packages. https://github.com/BerriAI/litellm/releases/tag/v1.56.3-stable

The last -stable branch I can find with the main- naming is main-v1.53.7-stable. After that there are releases like litellm_stable_release_branch-v1.56.3-stable But the instructions in the release say to pull the main naming. So im not sure what release is actually 1.56.3

For now im just going to use FROM ghcr.io/berriai/litellm:litellm_stable_release_branch-v1.56.3-stable so please dont delete it if it was a bug. but you might want to align instructions to the new naming or to fix the naming moving forward
