[Feature] Add safeboot Partition #208

Use a safeboot partition for the 4 MB flash modules, similar like Tasmota.
Example: https://github.com/mathieucarbou/MycilaSafeBoot

Open questions:

Shall it be used in general, means for the 8 and 16 MB flash modules too?
