Is your feature request related to a problem?

I love the weather overlay, it's such a fun addition. I would love to sync them to the current weather via Home Assistant. I see it's a JSON property of apps, but I would love a global toggle like in the app.

Describe the solution / feature you'd like

A global, maybe API endpoint for setting the overlay on all apps. Just like in the app, but exposed to home assistant

If this and other JSON propeties should/will never have an API endpoint, what is the best way of setting this property on all apps?

Use the overlay key in the settings API, instead of an individual app
