Event Action Names when changed does not affect the GA tracking

Hi,
I tried to change the names of the Event Actions in videojs.ga.videocloud and delete some event actions which were not required. On implementing these changes I observed that the tracking in GA still tracks the previously event actions.
It would be a great help if you can assist.
