Problem when building with IMAGE_FEATURE dev-pkgs enabled

I succeeded to build the image with influxdb enabled. However when I want to build the image with gcc compiler on target, I get errors:

error: github.com-retailnext-hllpp-dev-1.0-r0 conflicts with github.com-retailnext-hllpp = 1.0-r0

I added the log below. Is it possible to advice me how to solve this?
