Disabling "Throttle:" setting in fullscreen breaks the application #374

What's wrong, and with what software version?

Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 Pro
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-3570K CPU @ 3.40GHz, 3401 Mhz, 4 Core(s), 4 Logical Processor(s)
CEmu version: CEmu v1.3 (git: 87c3b43)
Describe your issue: After disabling the "Throttle:" option while in fullscreen mode, CEmu stopped working correctly (and at all, really). The window resized to a size bigger than my display, and I had to click rapidly on the window while pressing F11 to bring it out of fullscreen mode. After leaving fullscreen, the window was still to large for my display, and Alt+F4 was not working. The window only closed after I used Alt+Space S to resize the window, and hit the X button on the window border. After re-launching CEmu; the window size was still too big (about 1.5* wider right than my screen, and about 1.25* longer down), the calculator would not turn on, the "Key bindings" setting still did not work, and the application would take 4 clicks to close (Alt+F4 didn't work).

What are the steps to reproduce this issue?

  1. Enter fullscreen mode by pressing F11
  2. Go to "Emulation" tab in "Settings" and disable option "Throttle:"
  3. Wait about 10 seconds, then enable option "Throttle:"

Any logs, error output, screenshot, other comments...?

Even after deleting all CEmu related files and folders from my computer and running a fresh download of it, CEmu would not change the "Key bindings" from the default option (CEmu). I had to manually set map=cemu to map=natural in C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Local\cemu-dev\CEmu\cemu_config.ini and open a new CEmu instance for the "Key bindings" option to function properly. After doing so, CEmu is functioning as intended.
