Summary

상단 Nav Padding을 개선합니다.

Description

Nav 하단에 여백을 최상위 layout.tsx에서 구현하도록 합니다.
Desktop UI인 경우, 상단에 여백을 추가하고, Mobile의 경우에는 여백을 추가하지 않도록 옵션을 지정합니다.
이후, 기타 page.tsx들에서는 상단 여백을 제거합니다.
