Bug: Layers management - can't link devices on several pages

Expected Behavior

User should be able to link all devices to a layer in the same operation, even if they are on different pages.

Current Behavior

When adding devices to a layer, if the devices to be selected are on different pages, the association does not work correctly.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Edit a layer
2. Select devices to link on several pages and save
3. Only devices selected on the last page are saved
