This issue can be closed when the Jekyll + Bootstrap themeing for the page has bilingual support and the main page content (but not necessarily blog posts) are translated.

  • Find & implement bilingual support
  • Implement in current theming
  • Translate main page
  • Translate teams page
  • Translate architecture page
