sample data files for loading

Is there a set of sample data files for loading? I see the scripts/ but not actual example files (either raw or metadata)

I guess you are supposed to use: post_project, then post_study, then post_data?
But maybe quants2hdf even before that so that there is something forexpression.__filepath__

It looks like quants2hdf doesn't work for RSEM yet... should I make a ticket for this? It's not impossible that I submit a PR for it.

Hi, sorry. I had a very busy day today at work. You are right, I don't think quants2hdf has RSEM here, as I've said in the previous post, I will be away till Feb.7 and have limited time to work on any of the stuff here. Nonetheless, if you are willing to take a look at the incorporation of RSEM, feel free to do so, but I likely won't be able to get back to you till come back.

There's some changes to my schedules, in short, I will be able to work on this for a bit by the end of this month; I'm hoping to have an automated install script available for easier deployment - stay tuned!
