The installation terminal for wren-launcher crashes unexpectedly when entering the OpenAI API key during the setup process.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Run the Windows installer wren-launcher-windows.exe as an administrator.
  2. Select "OpenAI" as the LLM during the setup process.
  3. Paste the OpenAI API key and press Enter.
  4. Observe that the installation terminal window closes immediately, preventing the installation from completing.

Expected

Installation should proceed further OR appropriate error message should display

System Configuration

OS: Win11
Docker Desktop: v4.22
WrenAI Release: 0.14.0
