Telemetry for lab dashboard/tracking

Something like Materials Projects uses with Datadog.

Emit lab state at some frequency (every 30 seconds, dump the experiment/device/task/sample statuses to a mongodb. This db holds the last x days of data, anything >x is moved into blob storage to be rehydrated at a later date if needed)

Also emit lab log/error messages to same service to be cross referenced with lab state.
