[Contrib] i made winforms gui.. - "Program Additions List" doesnt have to be blocked By WPF

i heard the ui perf blocker, (bad ui performance with wpf) and because of this, you gave up adding new apps to list.
for this, i made a gui app in winforms..

winforms dgv can show 500k rows without any performance issue

**the list is too long. thats why , i made
get-installed returns: installed apps and top4 app per group

you might find the look of the dgv not so good ..
but it does it efficient .
