Review Functionality

User Story: The recruiter should be able to create ratings and reviews for every application. There would be an overall rating (eg out of 10), as well as an option to create a more in-depth review and extra comments.

Task

Explain the bug that should be fixed or the feature that should be implemented.

Acceptance Criteria

The recruiter can rate each applicant on a scale, and have an option/button to select adding a more in depth review where they can add comments for each aspect of the application.
