Automated Build and Publication

As outlined on the Wiki page, TeamLocker has three products. This epic groups together all the Sprint-Zero activities for the project. It does not include any useful functionality though, so the products can all be ‘hello-world’ o.n.o.

Mostly based on TeamGroove, the expectation is that we will use:

• poetry for the build process

• CircleCI for the automated builds

• Test PyPI as our target packaging repository, with an eye to switching to PyPI later on

• PEX as the format for our standalone executables.
