Can't Create Login

I've downloaded the app and installed it however. When putting in a username and password it just shows a dialogue with just a 'DISMISS' button. Any advice as to how to proceed?

Apologies for the late reply- I seem to have missed this. This might have been an issue with how the API was hosted. Try giving it another go.

I just tried the apk in this repo. I get the same issue.

I just tried making an account and it worked perfectly fine- are you guys using a custom API server?

I used the apk from this repo and therefore your default server.

I did some testing and it might be due to the password being used for the account creation.

The password either doesn't support numbers or capital letters.
Using a password with all lower case letters and no special characters seemed to work.

It's hard for me to guess why that might be.

I used capital, lowercase, and numbers in my password (although I did not test special chars)
There is a minimum character requirement of 8 characters, would this be the problem?

Quite possible. But I have no way of testing without creating a bunch of spam accounts.

Is there any way to delete my account or reset my password?

@CoolCoderSJ - This project is interesting and tried it out with your custom instance. Similar to @VikashKothary 's question, also I would like to remove my account and its synced data from your custom instance even thought it is encrypted, how do we do this?

I just realized I looked over this- I'll be adding a method to delete your data soon. In the meantime, you can request deletion / reset password by sending me your username (down here or emailed to [email protected]).
