Color of Settings

The colors of the settings at the top of the page show green if the setting is set to the recommended value and red otherwise. I would like to see one color, probably still red, show as the Steam default value and have another color, like yellow, show when the value is changed from default but is not the recommended value. This would help distinguish when you have a value changed that's different from recommended and default, such as swap size.
