Describe the bug
On the create community/collection pages, there are no breadcrumbs

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Login as administrator and click create community/collection in the admin sidebar
  2. You can see that the breadcrumbs are missing on those pages

Expected behavior
There should be breadcrumbs
