Describe the bug
The advanced search functionality implemented in #2608 should be simplified to reduce code repitition (reuse ds-search-filter) and its configuration should be moved to the backend as proposed in DSpace/DSpace#9431

Expected behavior
The advanced search filter section should be more aligned with how "regular" sidebar facets are written and configured currently
