Creating Template Item results in a page which never finishes loading

Describe the bug
If you create a new Item Template for a Collection, the action works but results in a page which never loads. You can only find the Collection template by reloading the Collection.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Edit a Collection
2. Click "+Add" under Template Item
3. You will go to a page that says "Edit Template Item" but the page will never load.
4. Click Cancel
5. The Template Item is created (you'll see a Delete & Edit button).
6. Click Edit and you return to the page that never loads
7. Click Delete and you can delete the template item

Expected behavior
Template Item should work as before.
