How to reproduce evaluation results for vkitti2 dataset as reported in the tables in paper?

I am trying to reproduce the depth metrics results for vkitti2 dataset. I have both rgb and depth vkitti2 datasets downloaded. Can you guide me on how to split the dataset and run inference for val or test set and get the numbers as reported in the paper?
