Description:

Currently, the initial position of the user on the map is Sydney and is need to get the actual user location from the device.

Guidelines:

Read the CONTRIBUTING session

Tasklist for this issue:

Add permission for localization in the manifest file
Ask for user's permission to get the location
Zoom the map to the device's location
