Add support for push notifications

Example: user asks for an alarm to be set. This does not fit our request/response design.

The challenge is in the UI layer for multi-user systems. Consider the web demo. How do we know where to push a notification?

Agents will need to be able to call the application with the notification. For remote agents, this means standing up a web service to receive these call backs.
