添加SYS_SYNC系统调用，把所有磁盘缓存落盘。

由于目前所有写操作都是直接落盘，然后旁路cache到block cache的，因此这个任务目前感觉只要调用所有磁盘的sync方法就行。

高阶玩法：添加一个内核线程用来刷磁盘缓存。（不过这个改动量就比较大了估计）
