Hi EnvGen,

I am getting this error :

ERROR: Could not find coverage for gene ID=ELJLGFGA_379589;eC_number=3.6.1.13;Name=nudF_62;dbxref=COG:COG0494;gene=nudF_62;inference=ab initio prediction:Prodigal:2.6,similar to AA sequence:UniProtKB:P54570;locus_tag=ELJLGFGA_379589;product=ADP-ribose pyrophosphatase. Are you sure you have coverage information?

Any insight could be great !
