Redesign the robot view panel

The panel is supposed to show what devices (motors/sensors/...) are attached to the robot.

The current version shows some of this information but lacks the information about the motors at the top.
I think a fresh look at this screen could make it much simpler to view (i.e. remove the grey category blocks/rows)

Perhaps we can also look into providing some help text to each item with a description on how to use that via the blockly blocks?
