Provisioning email shouldn't be sent for live chat (should be changed) #4

Currently we treat a Live Chat client the same as a normal user provisioning. This will come across as strange for the person receiving it.

We should change the text. Will think about specifics, but see me when this is an active ticket (From Raino)
Here's current text:
Hi Joe,

Your Forsta account "@joe.user:atlas.io" was successfully provisioned. If you did not initiate this action please contact [email protected].
