Update Provider Page (on Map)

Description

Currently, when a user clicks on a provider (found on the scrollable list next to the map, a popup comes up with information about the provider.

We need to change this so that instead of a popup the user gets redirected to a dedicated page next to the map. The new page should be able to redirect back to the list of providers. Here is the Figma.

While the provider page is on the Figma is updated and different than the current one, the actual provider page will be updated on a different ticket. For now, use the same UI for the provider page as shown on the popup.
