Mobile UI Map Experience

Description

We want the map to be accessible from a range of devices. As of now, the UI is optimized for desktop sized screens.

Detect whenever a user accesses the map from a mobile device and update the UI as shown in Figma.

The main map page should only show the providers:

The filters shown should reduce to 2.

Clicking on the "Show map" button will focus on the map:

Clicking on a provider should pull up the provider's page:

While the UI of the provider page is not fully updated yet to match the Figma design, as part of your ticket you should make sure that the "Gallery" and "Directory" components resize correctly. Make any modifications you see fit.
