So that there is one place to edit the element instead of having it scattered around and prone to missing something when changing.

These are already existing examples:

offersPerPage = "//li[@data-occludable-job-id]"
easyApplyButton = '//button[contains(@class, "jobs-apply-button")]'
nextPageButton = "button[aria-label='Next']"
