Generalized advanced queries: Make suggestions for the syntax

Think of some interesting queries:

• sketch their representation as a SILO query JSON.
• provide some examples how they could look like in a "generalized advanced query language":
  • Maybe something similar to the Covid "variant queries"?
  • Maybe very close to SQL where statements?
  • Some mixture of both?
