Lineage overview plot

Some ideas:

• Number top variants selection (+/- buttons)
• Automated mechanism to decide on whether include sub-lineages or not.
• By including sub-lineages, we could ensure a sum of 100%. Alternatively, show "others"? Either always or as a checkbox option.
• Search bar: shows the selected variants. Contains a "remove" and a "pin" button.
• When the user click on an area or on the variant name in the search bar, the variant will be highlighted.
• Add a "normalize to 1" button? This can be useful if we want to analyze the proportion within a set of variants.
