Select null values in filters

Allow users to select "null" vaules in our dropdown components: gs-lineage-filter, gs-location-filter and gs-text-input. For gs-location filter is is not clear, if it is feasible.

The null value should be added to each dropdown and users need to click to select it. Removing the text from the input should not select the null value.
