@gordonkoehn brought up that the cov-spectrum mutations panel has a selectable "proportion" for the mutations which will be shown.

This is currently not available in the genspectrum version of this plot.

Maybe I am wondering whether this issue is already present.. there is a selector for "Mean proportion" in the gs component, which might be the thing that was looked for

If you're referring to gs-mutations-over-time, then yes, the mean proportion slider does exactly that.

If you're referring to gs-wastewater-mutations-over-time, then we don't have that yet.

Thanks for the insight @fengelniederhammer ! @Taepper thanks for raising it here.

Perfect for the current efforts to show a static list of wastewater mutations with RSV and Influenza.

In the future, we may want to allow dynamic exploration of wastewater
with pretty much the same filters Gene > Proportion of Reads / Number of Reads, hence, my inquiry.

I'll validate these mid-term plans with my group.
For now, I'll do some queries and plots for demos myself.
