[功能建议] 全局/播放列表的循环播放时长设置 #111

默认情况下播放列表内的图片壁纸会播放近一小时左右(?), 而视频壁纸只完播一次就会切换到下一个壁纸

现有版本下只能针对单个壁纸配置播放时长, 在壁纸量多的情况下逐个配置十分折磨. 希望能够新增

全局生效的播放时长
针对播放列表的播放时长

在壁纸的播放时长为缺省值的情况下自动回落到2或1
