Postgres support
This version of the cloudsql-proxy supports connection to CloudSQL Postgres instances.
fuse is not supported for Postgres instances

1.06 Release
Breaking change: updated hostname for Proxy Docker Image.
The previous version (1.05) was available at b.gcr.io/cloudsql-docker/gce-proxy:1.05
The newest version (1.06) is available at gcr.io/cloudsql-docker/gce-proxy:1.06
Note the change in the domain, from b.gcr.io -> gcr.io. The old domain may be used for older versions of the proxy for the time being, but all old Docker images have been copied to the new gcr.io domain so you are encouraged to update your URL regardless of whether you're starting to use the new 1.06 version.
Other changes: typo fixes and recompile for Go 1.7.4.

1.05 Release
WARNING: The compiled version of the proxy has a known issue with an older version of a dependency. Please use a more recent version of the Cloud SQL proxy than relying on this one.
This release mostly covers the following commits:
- 621f125436028d3e51f8e42: Ignore the scope of the GCE instance when OAuth is done some other way
- 0b206479c55fcc56e864ed0: Listen on port 0 to get "any port"
From now on, Docker container releases will be done by creating a new tag for the release, only updating 'latest' after some time has passed. Developers depending on the Cloud SQL Proxy Docker containers are encouraged to tie their production code to a specific tag so that a bad Cloud SQL Proxy release won't break anything.
The docker container is now available: b.gcr.io/cloudsql-docker/gce-proxy:1.05
