Ok, I found the solution myself! |

Update: whenever I try to configure the HASPone, the Wemos D1 mini bricks again... I don't know if it's the too long password of the wifi (40 chars) but it has always worked fine. |

You mention this happens when powered from the PC - is there any chance this is a power supply problem? Does the problem persist if you use a different USB cable and a standalone charger? Alternately, do you see the same problem with the device powered by AC? |

Ok, I got a new WEMOS D1 mini, flashed it with the windows flasher and I get the same issue, I can connect to HASPone, confgure it the first time but afther that i get always a white page. I can see the title of the page "HASPone" but nothing else. |

I really don't know what to do @aderusha, I have replaced every single component and tried every piece of original code. Maybe you could think of something else that is going wrong or what debugging I could do? |

Any chance you have an oscilloscope available? It'd be interesting to track down the voltage swings you are seeing on the Nextion power rails. If you don't have stable power there you're going to have a bad time. The circuit itself is very simple, the NPN transistor is acting as a low-side switch for the Nextion ground. You should be seeing a stable 5V between GND and +5 on the Nextion connector J2. Likewise, you should be seeing a stable +3.3V from D6 after the project boots. |

Tried again with a new board, new wemos, new nextion display but I experience pretty much the same: I can set up the first time the HASPone but then when I try to save the settings through the web interface it stops working and disconnects. |

Does any of this happen on older versions of the firmware? You can find a list of URLs you can use in the FW update web page here: https://github.com/HASwitchPlate/HASPone/tree/main/update |

Also - can you capture debug output on the boot cycle and paste it here? That might tell us something about what is going wrong, here's how to do that: https://github.com/HASwitchPlate/HASPone/wiki/Capture-HASPone-debug-output |

Hi,
I have two HASPone that have been running for more than a year. One of them recently have been acting weird (loss of signal - which was already weak I have to admit - and flashing display intermittently as if the current wasn't stable).
I took it apart, I tried to flash again the Wemos D1 using the Windows utility, I took a look at the pcb and tried to power on the Nextion display separately and it shows the correct page"Initializing". Apparently the problem is that the voltage on the pins that go from the board to the Nextion display have a very unstable voltage ranging from 0 to 5 intermittently. I have tried two different boards and two differend wemos mini D1 - all same behavior.
What could be the cause of this? What else should I try?
PS: forgot to mention that the Wemos D1 mini keeps flashing blue continuously whenever powered (also from pc).
