Define Included vs Excluded Features & Capabilities for Launch

Goals

• Define what features and capabilities will be included vs excluded in launch
• Get clarity on where we're at today, so we have work arounds in place if/when needed
• Be able to communicate to broader OPRE (CORs, team members, etc) what they can expect for launch state

UX Tasks

• Outline the unknowns we need to discuss and figure out
• Brainstorm possible solutions for any "dead-ends" in the user flow (what are the temporary work arounds users should rely on until features are developed)
• Get clarity on any outstanding questions related to timeline and expectations (onboarding schedule)
• Start drafting comms/visuals in collaboration with OPRE so people know what to expect as initial launch state and understand how to do their jobs without MAPS
• Create additional github issues for any other onboarding resources we will use when meeting with each division
